## Buying ### What is a guide price? A guide price is an indication of the seller’s expected price range or minimum level of interest. It is not a valuation and does not guarantee the final sale price. ### Can I view a property before the auction? Viewing availability varies by lot. Use the viewing request on the property page or contact the team to ask about arrangements. ### Should I read the legal pack? Yes. You should ask your solicitor to review the legal pack, title information and special conditions before bidding. ### Does registering interest mean I can bid? No. Registering interest on this website is an enquiry workflow. Any formal bidder registration, identity checks and bidding arrangements will be confirmed separately by the auction team. ## Selling ### How do I find out if auction is right for my property? Start with a valuation enquiry. The team can discuss the property, your timescale and whether an auction sale may be appropriate. ### Is a valuation enquiry a commitment to sell? No. Sending an enquiry does not appoint an agent or commit you to an auction. ## Accounts and support ### What can I do in my account? Depending on your account type, you can manage your profile, save properties, review submitted enquiries and track property submissions. ### Who can help with a question about a specific lot? Use the contact form and include the property address or lot reference so the team can direct your enquiry.
